About Us

Hindu YUVA, as an organization, is committed to preserving, practicing, promoting, and protecting Dharma—a term generally used in the Hindu faith to describe righteous and “moral” action in every undertaking. We also aim to further an understanding and appreciation of Hindu culture, values, and traditions among both our religious and non-religious members. Our organization is driven by the belief that unity in a common set of beliefs or ideas is a major source of strength and enrichment for our university community as a whole.

To accomplish our mission, we host wide-scale events such as the Diwali (Lakshmi) Puja and Ganesh Chaturthi—with dozens if not hundreds of attending members and new individuals per event. Find out more about our past events, or check out when our next event is below!
